Meeting Minutes – April 2017

 

Meeting of the Parish Council held on Thursday,  Thursday, 13th April 2017 at  8 p.m. in Ruckinge Village Hall.
Present: Cllr. D. Guy in the Chair,  Cllrs.  P. Sillibourne,  A. Beaney, Mrs T. Cliffe-Harrison, Mrs. F. Burt,  Mrs. M. Hills and the Clerk, Mrs.  M. Shaw.
Apologies: Cllr. S. Denis.
Declarations: Cllrs. A. Beaney, OSI, on Fairview Industrial Estate and D. Guy, OSI on planning application 17/00340/AS.
Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting had been circulated, these were resolved as a correct record.
Matters Arising: Sewage problems, Bromley Green Road –  nothing further.

Meeting of the Parish Council held on Thursday,  Thursday, 9th March 2017 at  8 p.m. in Ruckinge Village Hall.
Present: Cllr. S. Denis in the Chair, Cllrs.  P. Sillibourne,  A. Beaney, Mrs T. Cliffe-Harrison and the Clerk, Mrs  M. Shaw.      .
Apologies: Cllrs. Mrs. F. Burt, Mrs. M. Hills and D. Guy (all business commitments).
Declarations: Cllr. A. Beaney, OSI, on Fairview Industrial Estate.
Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting had been circulated, these were approved after the replacement of “Ashford Signwriters” with “Medash Signs.”
Matters Arising: Sewage problems, Bromley Green Road –  nothing further.

Meeting Minutes – February 2017

 

Meeting of the Parish Council held on Thursday,  Thursday, 9th February 2017 at  8 p.m. in Bromley Green Hall.
Present: Cllr. S. Denis in the Chair, Cllrs. D. Guy, P. Sillibourne,  A. Beaney, Mrs M. Hills and the Clerk, Mrs  M. Shaw.
In Attendance: Borough Cllr. Miss J. Martin and one member of the public.
Apologies: Cllrs. Mrs. T. Cliffe-Harrison and Mrs F. Burt.
Declarations: Cllr. D. Guy (OSI)  on planning application 17/00037/AS  Noakes Farm  and Cllr. A. Beaney (OSI) on Fairview Industrial Estate.
Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting had been circulated, these were approved after the deletion of reference to  “the K.C.C. Highways will  erect the poles along Bromley  Green Road   30 m.p.h. priority over 40 m.p.h. ( Subject to  survey).”
Matters Arising: Sewage problems, Bromley Green Road –  there are still problems, some of the laterals need attention and there are blockages. Pumping by tankers is still taking place at the pumping station and  there is a need to ascertain whose property the problem laterals relate to.

Dimon Hill access – nothing further. This is being followed up with Ashford Borough.. Continue reading
