Meeting Minutes – December 2016

 

Meeting of the Parish Council held on Thursday,  Thursday, 8th December  2016 at  8 p.m. in Ruckinge Village Hall.
Present: Cllr. S. Denis in the Chair, Cllrs. P. Sillibourne, A. Beaney. Mrs. T. Cliffe-Harrison, Mrs F. Burt and the Clerk, Mrs M. Shaw.
Apologies: Cllrs. Mrs M. Hills and D. Guy.
Declarations: There were none.
Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting had been circulated, these were resolved as a correct record, proposed by Cllr. A Beaney, seconded by Cllr. S. Denis and agreed.
Matters Arising: Sewage problems, Bromley Green Road – between now and March the laterals need attention and also to ascertain whose property they relate to.

Meeting of the Parish Council held on Thursday,  Thursday, 10th November  2016 at  8 p.m. in Bromley Green Hall.
Present: Cllr. S. Denis in the Chair, Cllrs., D. Guy, A. Beaney. Mrs T. Cliffe- Harrison, Mrs M. Hills and the Clerk, Mrs  M. Shaw.                       .
Apologies: Cllrs. Mrs F. Burt and P. Sillibourne.
In  Attendance: Cllrs. Miss J. Martin and W. Howard.
Declarations: There were none.
Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting had been circulated, these were resolved as a correct record, proposed by Cllr.  A Beaney, seconded by Cllr. D. Guy and agreed.
Matters Arising: Sewage problems, Bromley Green Road –  there are problems with the pod by the Bromley Green Hall, elsewhere it needs to be ascertained between now and March where the laterals need attention and to whose property they relate to.

Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting had been circulated, after a minor amendment to item on the Village Hall, these were resolved as a correct record, proposed by Cllr. Mrs F. Burt, seconded by Cllr.  D. Guy  and agreed.
Matters Arising: Sewage problems, Bromley Green Road:   It was reported that the contractors are now installing the telemetry to the “Pods”, but actually require rainfall to ascertain their functioning capacity. Continue reading

Meeting of the Parish Council held on Thursday,  14th July 2016 at  8.00 p.m. in Ruckinge Village Hall.
Present: Cllr. S. Denis in the Chair, Cllrs. P. Sillibourne, D. Guy, A. Beaney, Mrs F. Burt, Mrs T. Cliffe-Harrison, and the Clerk, Mrs  M. Shaw.
In Attendance: Dr. C. Gove (Tree Warden and Pond Warden)
Absent: Cllrs. Mrs M. Hills
Declarations: There were none.
Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting had been circulated, these were resolved as a correct record, proposed by Cllr. A. Beaney, seconded by Cllr.  D. Guy  and agreed.
Matters Arising: Sewage problems, Bromley Green Road:   It was reported that the contractors are  installing the last “pod”.  It was reported that the contractors still have remedial works  to do,  the site was cleared at the beginning July. Continue reading

Meeting of the Parish Council held on Thursday,  12th May 2016 at  8.00 p.m. in Ruckinge Village Hall.
Present: Cllr. S. Denis in the Chair, Cllrs. P. Sillibourne, D. Guy, A. Beaney and the Clerk, Mrs M. Shaw.
Apologies: Cllrs. Mrs F. Burt, Mrs T. Cliffe-Harrison, Mrs M. Hills.
Election of Chairman: Cllr. S. Denis was proposed by Cllr. P. Sillibourne, seconded by Cllr. D. Guy and unanimously elected.  Cllr. Denis duly signed his “Declaration of Acceptance of Office”..
Election of Vice-Chairman: Cllr. A. Beaney proposed Cllr. D. Guy, seconded by Cllr. P. Sillibourne and unanimously agreed.
Appointment of Representatives: K.A.L.C. – It was proposed by Cllr. P. Sillibourne, seconded by Cllr. S. Denis to continue membership and agreed.  Representatives to be agreed at a full meeting.
Apologies: There were none.
Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting had been circulated, these were resolved as a correct record, proposed by Cllr. D. Guy, seconded by Cllr.  P. Sillibourne and agreed.
Matters Arising: Sewage problems, Bromley Green Road:  letter from German Fisher enclosing a cheque from Southern Water for £ 1,500 for usage of Carters Field.  The Chairman reported that the replacement of the “pods” was progressing rapidly. Continue reading
