Items of Interest: Query on Capel Gardens (Silver Birches), “discharge of conditions” – it was confirmed that no consultations with the Parish are required for the discharge of conditions imposed by Ashford Borough Council. The location of the next meeting was discussed, it was learnt that the Bromley Green Residents Association would charge the Parish Council £5 per meeting, this was not met with a positive response in view of the voluntary donation of £ 750 which is usually given to them.  This feedback is to be “fed back” to the Association.
